Der Neubau mit seiner H\u00f6hen- und Tiefenstaffelung steht im bewussten Kontrast zur breitgelagerten Volumetrie des Geb\u00e4udes aus der Jahrhundertwende, nimmt jedoch durch gezielte Einschnitte (Leergescho\u00dfe) Bezug zur First- und Trauflinie des Bestandes auf.<br \/>\nSeeseitig sind den schmalen, raumhoch verglasten Fronten Balkone vorgelagert, die mit einem feinen Gespinst vertikaler Holzlatten \u00fcberzogen werden, um das kubische Erscheinungsbild der einzelnen Bauk\u00f6rper zu betonen. Die Fenster\u00f6ffnungen der l\u00e4rchenholzverschalten Seitenw\u00e4nde sind streifenartig versetzt angeordnet und k\u00f6nnen mit au\u00dfen liegenden Schiebel\u00e4den geschlossen werden.<br \/>\nDie feingliedrige Textur der H\u00fclle mit ihren vertikalen St\u00e4ben ist einerseits eine \u201eReferenz\u201c an die h\u00f6lzernen \u201eVerandat\u00fcrmchen\u201c des Bestandes, andererseits verbindet sich die vertikal strukturierte, naturbelassene Holzfassade farblich mit den Baumst\u00e4mmen des umgebenden Waldes.<br \/>\nIm Neubau sind 24 Appartements unterschiedlicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfe untergebracht. Alle Appartements verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Balkone mit Seeblick.
